1. Go outside :-
Locking yourself in a room will lead to over thinking and hence will make you even sadder. A little fresh air never hurts anybody. So, go for a walk and feel the wind.
2. Talk with mom :-
When I’m sad or stressed out, I talk with my mom & somehow, it works.
Mom always has that magic to turn complex sad situations into quick happy ones. You could even call your best friend or the person you love.
3. Take rest :-
Sometimes brain gets fed up with overworking and sleepless nights. Better give it a rest. A good sound sleep of 10 hours should do the work.
