Yesterday, at least 40 security personnel were martyred and three were missing / not traceable after a Jaish-e-Mohammad (JeM) terrorist targeted a Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) convoy with a car bomb in Awantipora in Jammu and Kashmir’s Pulwama district, India, which is one of the worst attacks on security forces in the state ever. The cowardice act has destroyed 40 families and has left the whole country in mourning. Rest in peace. Today the whole country stands with their families and may God bless such brave martyred souls.
Here is a heart touching poem, written by a soldier to his family.
If I die in war zone,
Box me up and send me home.
Put my medals on my chest,
Tell my mum I did my best
Tell my dad not to bow,
He won’t get tension from me now
Tell my brother to study perfectly,
Keys of my bike will be his permanently
Tell my sister not to be upset,
Her bro will not raise after the sunset
And tell my love not to cry,
Cause I’m a soldier,and I was born to die.”
Last line 👏👏👏👏👏👏
Damn Amazing 👍👍👌👌👌
It’s literally so easy to speak…! Btw way you put up….👍

Exactly! They deserve all that respect, their sacrifice is unmatchable . Take all professional works, nobody risks their life as our soldiers do. Yet sometime we tend to forget this. It’s sad

It really is!😢 But it’s the dark reality of a country where politicians don’t hesitate to use soldier’s suffering for political benefits😢

Hard reality strikes deep , I wish we can do something …… I’m defense student and no one can actually know how a soldier feels . A thankless job indeed . 🙌🙌🙌

I salute you for choosing a career in defense. Commendable work, takes a lot of courage and dedication . People really don’t understand the hardship of a soldier and it’s really sad. Many of my family members work for forces and it’s really easy to sit at home and talk about nation but really tough to stand on border and take bullets for country..Thanks btw for stopping by and sharing your profession. I really wish you good luck ahead in your career

True. Now the kids of martyred Jawans will have no one to call “dad” ,a mother lost her “son”, a wife’s “husband” is gone…so tragic to hear. Think about the conditions of the families which suffered this fate.

I know you have written very well but I don’t want to read this because my heart grieves when I think or listen about this scenario. It’s a very very very painful.
The nation has spoken.
Not for revenge but retaliation.
Not proportionate but disproportionate
Devastation as a deterrent for the future.
It’s a request to our Indian Government to Open emigre Baluchistan embassy in Delhi for a start. Close down Pakistan Embassy today.

That really is very heartbreaking. 😔 May their souls rest in peace. It takes so much courage to risk lives and fight for the nation, a soldier’s job is the most thankless one huh. It’s really disgusting how our own people are making fun of such a great loss.
